This is a time-honored tradition and we truly enjoy the time spent with not only our residents\, but those of surrounding cities as well. \nThe events typically begin in July with the Miss Roy Scholarship Competition. DESCRIPTION:If you are looking to visit Tracy Aviary during “$5 After 5” (often called Five after Five)\, you are looking at one of the best summer deals in Salt Lake City. \nHere is everything you need to know to plan your evening: \nThe Deal & Hours \nThe Cost: Tickets are just $5.00 per person. \nThe Catch: You must purchase your tickets in person at the gate after 5:00 PM to get the discount. (General adult admission is normally $14.95). \nWhen It Happens: Every Monday evening during the late spring and summer months (May\, June\, July\, and August). \nExtended Hours: On these Mondays\, the Aviary extends its hours and stays open late until 8:00 PM (normal closing time is 5:00 PM). \nWhy It’s the Best Way to Experience the Aviary \nBeat the Utah Summer Heat: Mid-days in July and August at Liberty Park can get incredibly hot.
